How are the funds raised by our events being spent? See a breakdown here!
The PTA runs events throughout the year. We always need more volunteers to help with running these - if you are interested in getting involved, then please get in touch.
We have pencilled in events dates for 2020-2021. However, please note that these currently remain subject to confirmation in light of the unknowns around the COVID-19 situation. |

Coffee Mornings (on Zoom - dates to be confirmed)
Join us for a cup of tea or coffee and some delicious pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. A great chance to chat - younger children welcome. |
St Martin's Day: Wednesday 11th November (online)
St Martin's day is a German tradition - children walk through their home town carrying homemade lanterns, singing songs and enjoying sweets and doughmen. We won't be able to have our usual parade and play but we will offer online fun and competitions in their place. |
Virtual Christmas Fair: Saturday 12th - Sunday 13th December (online)
We can't offer our usual Christmas Fair but we will be replacing it with a range of exciting and festive online activities that you can participate in. Plans include our Christmas raffle, afternoon tea delivery, Zoom Santa, a cake auction, competitions, Christmas workshops and performances. |
Carnival Doughnut Sale (TBC): Tuesday 9th February, 10 pm - 2 pm
To celebrate the start of Lent, the PTA will be selling jammy doughnuts (Faschingskrapfen/Kreppel) during morning break (for Secondary) and afternoon break (for Primary) for £1 each - remember to send cash. |
Bombay Banquet (TBC): Saturday 20th March, 7.30 pm onwards (The Schuman Hall)
Join us for a celebration of India as we bring the sounds, smells and flavours of our Bombay Banquet to Europa School - enjoy an evening of entertainment, including a sumptuous home cooked feast, music and henna tattoos. |
Easter Cake Sale (TBC): Thursday 1st April, from 3 pm (next to parents' entrance)
Let's get in the mood for Easter with chocolatey, spring-like, egg-covered creations! Cash and card payments accepted, sale will take place next to the parents' entrance. |
International Day (TBC): Friday 30th April, 8 am - 4 pm (Schuman Hall)
This is a favourite with our Primary children. The Schuman Hall will be filled with stalls, each representing a country - and we're looking for parents to run them! |
Bag2School Collection (TBC): Late April, drop off by 9 am (next to parents' entrance)
An excellent opportunity to get rid of all the old clothes, shoes and other textiles you've been sorting through during lockdown - and make money for the school at the same time! |
Coffee Morning (TBC): Wednesday 23rd June, 8 am - 10 am (The Chapel)
This coffee morning will take place on the day that new reception children are visiting the school for the first time. Join us for a cup of tea of coffee and some delicious pastries, cakes and fresh fruit. A great chance to meet others! |
