Annual General Meeting (AGM)
When: Tuesday 13th October, 8 pm - 9 pm
Where: Your house!
Parking: N/A
In anticipation of restrictions on gatherings still being in place, and to enable more people to attend, we have decided to hold this year's AGM electronically via Zoom. Meeting joining information will be published here prior to the event.
This is a great opportunity to find out what we've been up to and what we have planned, and find out how you can get involved and show your support for the school - all volunteers are welcome: even if you can only given an hour of your time once a year on a Sunday we want to hear from you!
We'll run through the official business of the AGM, including a review of our work last year.
If you're interested in joining the PTA committee, we are always looking for enthusiastic new members and would love to hear from you if you would like to get involved. We need people to take on the following roles:
Please note that the committee members are charity trustees, regulated by the Charity Commission: all trustees must be registered and this comes with responsibilities and obligations. You have the option of being a friend if you want to be involved but don’t want to take this on.
Please contact us if you have any questions: [email protected]

- Committee officers (chair, vice-chair, secretary and treasurer) - let us know if you are interested - existing post-holders would be happy to talk to you about what is involved.
- Committee members - our members are expected to attend meetings and to be involved in helping out with both of the main events (Christmas Fair and Summer Fete) and also several of the other events during the year.
- PTA friends - our friends are people who are unable to commit to attending all the meetings but are happy to help out in other ways - some just have a particular event that they assist with whilst others get involved in a whole range of events - the level of commitment is up to you.
Please note that the committee members are charity trustees, regulated by the Charity Commission: all trustees must be registered and this comes with responsibilities and obligations. You have the option of being a friend if you want to be involved but don’t want to take this on.
